Jim acquired 50% of Jordan Construction in 2013. Since then, Jordan Construction has grown to be a national general contracting company specializing in parking lot improvements while working with many of the nation’s largest retail companies in more than 40 states. Jim has a business administration and finance degree and spent 10 years working in benefits and investment consulting until changing his focus to the construction industry. Jim’s ‘client first’ attitude and commitment has allowed the company to attract successful and like-minded team members as well as other asphalt and concrete companies throughout the country to partner with to deliver successful projects meeting and exceeding our clients' expectations.

Amy has been working in the construction industry since 1996 where she started out as a truck driver working for her family trucking company. In 2003 she founded Jordan Construction Company offering maintenance services to property management companies in the Eastern Iowa area and managed all facets of the business. Since 2013 Amy has managed all the day-to-day administration duties for the company including HR services to all of our employees as the company continues to expanded its depth of services and reach.

Austin has been with Jordan Construction since 2019 and holds a business management degree. Austin has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years. He has been involved with every facet of the industry from crew foreman to overseeing multimillion dollar DOT and commercial building projects.

Crystal has been with Jordan Construction since 2023. Crystal has been involved in the construction industry for over 12 years. She was a scheduler and assisted in estimating on several jobs along with helping project manage them.

Joe has been a Project Manager with Jordan Construction since 2019. Joe has a degree in Civil Engineering for both Geological and Structural. Joe has been in the construction industry for 39 years with 12 years of paving project management, 10 years of structural engineering experience, and 17 years of carpentry experience.

Jimmy has been a Project Manager with Jordan Construction since 2013. He has a Bachelors degree in Economics. Jimmy worked in home construction for 28 years and has worked in the asphalt industry for 16 years.

Tanner has been a Project Manager for Jordan Construction since 2021. He has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kansas. Tanner worked 2 years co-op in the asphalt industry prior to joining the Jordan Construction team.
