Jordan Construction performs high level and professional style asphalt pavement repairs and total reconstruction in the commercial industry. Our work can be found nationally across the United States at many local shopping centers and retail businesses. Jordan is meticulous in the use of proper mix according to the state, region, and specifications, while always staying in compliance with DOT standards.
The asphalt reconstruction process includes removal of the old asphalt by milling, assessing and compacting the base/sub-base, or application of a tack coat for proper adhesive, and finally paving the specified mix with care to allow proper drainage and correct grade.
Concrete

Jordan Construction gives the same patience, dedication, and diligence to pouring concrete as we do for paving asphalt. Our concrete projects can range from footings/foundations, truck docks, walls, sidewalks, to curb and gutter. We consider all parameters including: weather, temperature, humidity, time of the year, plan specifications, the wear and tear it will undergo, and the overall purpose of the concrete when selecting the proper concrete mix. The results Jordan Construction strives for after a concrete pour include proper grade for the flow of water and drainage, elimination of all potential and problematic trip hazards, and strength appropriate for intended use.
